About the Role:


We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Business Analyst with 3-5 years of experience. As a Business Analyst, you will be tasked with conducting in-depth requirements analysis, documenting business processes, and assisting with user acceptance testing. Additionally, you will serve as a vital liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders, bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions to ensure client objectives are met effectively.

 

Must to have

·       Analytical mindset to understand the client requirement, detailing the requirement, think of various

business scenarios attached to the client requirement.

·       Explain the user requirement to the PM and development team members.

·       Create user stories in JIRA with different types like story, task, change request, bug etc.

·       He will act as Level-1 point of contact to Development team and other cross functional team to make

them understand the requirement.

·       He should have capabilities to clearly write user stories and acceptance criteria along with required

design/ other supporting documents.

·       Decent understanding of Agile.

·       Good hands on MS Office applications.

·       Excellent written/verbal English language skills.

·       Create detailed functional specifications, user stories, use cases, process flow diagrams and other

Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs) etc.

·       Collect the client feedback during UAT and ensure that any issues found are resolved and the solution

meets business requirements before go-live.

·       Assist in testing solutions and validating that they meet business needs. 

 

Good to have

·       He shall be able to do slicing of stories (vertical / Horizontal) in guidance with PM.

·       Understanding of confluence.

 

Qualifications: 

·       Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field. 

·       Experience: 3- 5 years as a Business Analyst or in a related role. 

·       Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to manage

multiple priorities. 


Preferred Qualifications: 

·       Certifications like CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional)
