Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products through meticulous testing. You will collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify issues and improve the overall user experience. This role requires a proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on software requirements and technical specifications.
- Perform manual and automated testing across different platforms (web, mobile, desktop) to ensure optimal functionality and usability.
- Identify, log, track, and report defects in a detailed and timely manner, working closely with developers to resolve issues.
- Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test scripts, and test reports.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure that defects are understood, prioritized, and fixed.
- Design, develop, and execute automated tests using tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar frameworks.
- Conduct performance and load testing to ensure system stability under varying conditions.
- Participate in sprint planning.
- Ensure adherence to software quality standards and processes.
- Engage in exploratory testing to uncover hidden issues and edge cases.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for product improvement based on testing results.

Qualifications:
