About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, smart, proactive, and organized individual to join our team as an Intern – Human Resources. This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in core HR functions.

Learning Areas:

1. Documents Management
Maintaining physical employee files
Preparing and organizing appointment letters
Managing joining forms and compliance documents
Ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping
Supporting Employee File Audits

2. HRMS Management
Creating and updating employee profiles in the HRMS system
Uploading and maintaining employee documents
Handling joining and exit documentation processes
Ensuring data accuracy and completeness
Supporting HRMS Audits

3. Attendance Management & Tracking
Monitoring daily employee attendance
Maintaining attendance records in HRMS
Following up with employees/managers for attendance discrepancies

Who We’re Looking For
MBA/PGDM in HR is mandatory
Enthusiastic and eager to learn
Detail-oriented and well-organized
Proactive and responsible
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) preferred
