Key Responsibilities:
1. Immigration & Visa Coordination
Coordinate all immigration and visa matters with the attorney.
Assist employees and liaise with attorneys regarding H1B/I-140 visas and related documentation.
Maintain and manage the Public Access File (PAF) folder to ensure compliance.
Ensure timely submission of all legal documents in coordination with the attorney.
2. Employee Onboarding & Documentation
Send offer letters to new hires and coordinate background checks and document tracking.
Onboard new employees into the HR system.
Maintain and upload employee records and documents.
Conduct new hire 15-30-45-day check-ins to ensure smooth integration.
3. Payroll, Benefits & Compensation
Track employee hours, PTO, and sick leave.
Coordinate employee insurance and respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits.
Communicate insurance deductions to the accounts team for payroll processing.
Send onsite payroll hours sheets and assist with incentives or commissions quarterly.
Provide support for paystubs, employment verification letters, and other payroll-related queries.
4. Performance & Employee Management
Assist in managing the Performance Management System (PMS).
Support employee performance tracking, feedback, and evaluations.
5. Compliance & Risk Management
Oversee wages and unemployment-related processes.
Coordinate Worker Compensation Insurance with vendors, including claims and renewals.
Maintain the organization’s monthly activity calendar to ensure timely HR and operational activities.
6. Coordination & Communication
Liaise effectively with attorneys, vendors, and internal teams.
Ensure all HR and operational tasks are executed accurately and on time.
