As we continue our growth journey, we are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive strategic new account acquisitions and expand our footprint across Mid-Market to Enterprise-tier accounts, primarily in the Healthcare & MedTech space
 
Role Overview:-

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for strategic outbound prospecting, opportunity creation, for targeted Healthcare and MedTech accounts. This role requires a mix of consultative selling, account-based outreach, and strong business acumen, working closely with leadership to shape pipeline strategy and win new logos. 
 
Key Responsibilities: - 

Own strategic outbound outreach for Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts using a mix of account-based selling, personalized email campaigns, LinkedIn prospecting, calling, and partner-led approaches
 
Identify, research, and prioritize high-value Healthcare & MedTech accounts, including stakeholders, buying committees, and decision-makers. 
 
Design and execute creative, insight-driven outreach strategies tailored to target accounts rather than volume-based prospecting. 
 
Engage senior stakeholders (Directors, VPs, CXOs) to understand business challenges and position Dash Technologies solutions effectively. 
 
Qualify opportunities, lead initial discovery conversations in co-ordination with Sales Leadership, and drive deals through early-to-mid sales stages. 
 
Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene, ensuring accurate pipeline forecasting, activity tracking, and reporting. 
 
Work with the Director of Business Development to refine ICPs, messaging, and conversion strategies based on market feedback. 
 
Required Skills & Experience: - 

4–8 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Growth roles within software services, SaaS, or technology consulting organizations. 
Proven experience selling to Mid-Market and Enterprise customers, preferably in the US or global markets. 
Strong ability to conduct consultative, discovery-led conversations with senior business and technical stakeholders. 
Hands-on experience with CRM & Sales Engagement platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation, and outbound sales tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong storytelling and positioning ability. 
Solid understanding of technology solutions and their business impact, even if not deeply technical. 
 
Preferred (Nice-to-Have): - 

Prior exposure to Healthcare, HealthTech, or MedTech domains (provider, payer, medical devices, diagnostics, digital health, etc.) is a strong plus but not mandatory
Experience selling into regulated or compliance-driven industries
Familiarity with US healthcare ecosystem and buying patterns
Experience with account-based selling (ABS / ABM) or strategic named account ownership.
