Senior Software Engineer (React)
Job Summary: -
We are looking for an experienced React Developer with 5+ years' experience in developing scalable, high-quality, and efficient web applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the React.js, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, modern development practices, and excellent problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain web applications using React.js, focusing on creating intuitive, responsive multimedia applications.
- API Integration: Integrate API with front-end technologies.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and QA engineers, to gather and refine requirements.
- Code Quality: Implement best coding practices and ensure high performance, scalability, and security in all developed solutions.
- Testing & Debugging: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Learning: Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in frontend technologies.
Qualifications: -
- 5+ years of experience as a Frontend Developer (React).
- Proficiency in React.js, HTML5, CSS3 with experience in developing web applications.
- Agile Methodology: Experience working within an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Version Control: Proficiency with Git or other version control systems.
Preferred Skills:-
Must Have:
1. Frontend: React.js (latest), JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript.
2. Micro Frontend: Expertise in Micro Frontend architecture and Webpack Module Federation.
3. State Management: Redux Toolkit, Context API, or equivalent.
4. Styling: CSS-in-JS (Styled Components/Emotion) or SCSS, plus UI libraries (e.g., Material-UI).
5. Testing: Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress/Playwright for E2E.
6. Build/Deployment: Webpack, NPM/Yarn, Docker, CI/CD pipelines.
7. APIs: Integration with RESTful APIs or GraphQL.
8. Development Practices: Git and Agile methodologies for collaboration and iterative development.

1. AI Tools for Code:
a. Hands-on expertise with AI tools for code generation, refactoring, and migration.
2. Learning and Research: Strong learning and research capabilities for exploring new tools, technologies, and methodologies.
