Role: Marketing Intern – SEO, Market Research, Content Operations

Type: Full-time | Internship (6 Months) This internship includes the potential for a full-time
role based on performance and organizational alignment.
Key Responsibilities
SEO Execution & Content Optimization (40%)
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SERP benchmarking.
• Support on-page SEO tasks, including metadata updates, internal linking, formatting,
and semantic improvements.
• Assist the Content Writer with briefs, outlines, and optimization guidance.
• Track backlink opportunities and monitor link-building progress.
• Assist with content strategy through trend research and idea generation.
• Support the management of content calendars and publishing schedules across digital
platforms.
• Partner with the Content Writer to enhance content quality through keyword research,
optimization opportunities, and SEO recommendations.
Market & Competitive Research (30%)
• Research MedTech and Digital Health companies to support positioning and marketing
initiatives.
• Study competitor offerings, messaging, content formats, and customer targeting.
• Maintain structured research documentation that supports ongoing marketing strategy.
• Assist in mapping category trends, audience insights, and industry benchmarks.
Marketing Coordination & Platform Support (20%)
• Maintain content and SEO tracking sheets, workflow logs, and publishing calendars.
• Support basic website or landing page updates via WordPress or CMS plugins.
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, development, content) to ensure timely
delivery of assets and campaign readiness.
Analytics & Reporting (10%)
• Track campaign and web performance using Google Search Console, Analytics,
SEMrush, etc.
• Prepare weekly reports summarizing insights, rankings, and recommendations for
continuous improvement.
Key Requirements
• Graduate in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, MBA
• Strong analytical and research skills, with an interest in problem-solving and
learning how to turn data into actionable insights.
• Basic understanding of SEO, keyword research, and content optimization, or
willingness to learn quickly.
• Interest in content operations, including briefs, outlines, formatting, and
optimization alignment.
• Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (Google Search Console, Google
Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) basic exposure or willingness to upskill.
• Comfort working with Google Sheets/Excel, tracking datasets, and maintaining
structured documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and structured thinking.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and deliver within timelines.
• Curiosity about MedTech / Digital Health and enthusiasm for learning industry
trends.
