Role: Marketing Intern (Corporate Branding, Social Media & Marketing Coordination)

About the Role :
We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Intern to support our corporate branding, social media execution, and marketing coordination efforts. This role is ideal for someone who wants real-world exposure across multiple marketing functions while working closely with crossfunctional marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities
Corporate Branding & Marketing Execution/ Co-ordination (40%)

• Support branding initiatives across corporate events, internal communications, marketing materials, and employer branding. 
• Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints including the website, presentations, promotional assets, and templates
• Coordinate with design and content teams to maintain and uphold brand guidelines.

Social Media & Content Support (40%) 
• Assist in planning, creating, and publishing content across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms
• Support content calendar planning, caption writing, visual briefing, and hashtag research.
• Help track performance insights and engagement metrics for reporting.
• Collaborate closely with the Senior Content Writer to develop engaging blog posts, social media updates and newsletters. 
• Assist with content strategy through trend research and idea generation. 
• Support the management of content calendars and publishing schedules across digital platforms.

Email Marketing & Coordination (20%) 
• Assist in building and scheduling email campaigns, newsletters, and nurturing sequences
• Support tracking and reporting, contact list management, and backend campaign coordination
• Manage communication with vendors, agencies, or internal teams to ensure timely deliverables.

What We’re Looking For
• Graduate in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, MBA
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey ideas clearly and professionally. 
• Interest in branding, social media marketing, copywriting, and digital content creation.
• Creativity and willingness to experiment with formats such as social media posts, captions, reels, and short-form videos.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube) and familiarity with tools like Canva, scheduling platforms, or analytics dashboards (preferred, not mandatory). 
• Interest in creating reels, drafting captions, coordinating with designers for graphics, and managing day-to-day social media activities.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain documentation, and meet timelines.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and visual aesthetics
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and adapt in a fast-paced marketing environment. 
• Team collaboration skills, especially when working with design, content, and leadership teams.
• Curiosity about the MedTech / Digital Health industry and enthusiasm for learning emerging marketing trends. 
• Positive attitude, eagerness to grow, and openness to feedback.
