As a Lead UX Product Designer at Dash Technologies Inc, you will drive the creation of user-centric digital products, balancing local market sensibilities with global best practices. Working from our vibrant Ahmedabad office, you’ll collaborate across teams to solve business and user challenges through innovative design thinking and rapid prototyping. You’ll ensure every project impacts our clients and users positively, supporting Dash’s mission to deliver standout digital solutions.
Your responsibilities:
• Partner with cross-functional Indian/global teams to design engaging, intuitive experiences using iterative Lean UX and agile design methodologies.
• Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders to understand requirements relevant to end-users, translating insights into actionable design concepts.
• Create workflows, user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and design assets tailored for a diverse user base spanning mobile/web and regional device preferences.
• Conduct heuristic and usability evaluations across Dash product suite, identifying improvement areas specific to Indian digital contexts.
• Present design ideas through detailed specs, mockups, and clear storytelling in meetings with local and international teams.
• Collaborate closely with developers for seamless handoff and implementation, supporting local best practices in product delivery.
• Stay updated on Indian UX/UI trends, user behaviors, government accessibility regulations, and design technology advances.
• Champion user research in the Indian market guiding user studies, behavioral analytics and continuous feedback loops.
• Propose meaningful changes by monitoring local market analytics, challenging assumptions, and driving iterative enhancement.
• Maintain and contribute to Dash’s design frameworks, ensuring consistency across India projects while aligning with global standards.
• Promote a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation within Dash India, mentoring junior designers and fostering team success.
Skill sets/Experience we require:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a UX/Product Designer preferably with demonstrated impact in IT, SaaS, or digital services.
• Proficiency with industry-standard UX tools (Figma preferred; also Sketch, Adobe CC, Axure, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq) relevant to client workflows.
• Deep knowledge of interactive design, usability and accessibility standards for Indian digital landscapes (mobile-first, responsive/adaptive design).
• Strong portfolio or samples of work with user-centric solutions.
• Experience delivering products for diverse audiences.
Preferred:
• Experience in enterprise/IT products for US or global clients.
• Proactive problem-solver, able to balance user needs and business goals.
