About the Role
We’re searching for a hungry, creative sales hustler skilled in Upwork demand generation. You’ll drive lead generation, craft winning proposals, manage qualification and nurturing, and gradually step into account management and closure discussions. This role is a launchpad to grow into a Business Development Manager, in a culture that values creativity, performance, and impact over seniority.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively bid and win projects on Upwork to fuel business growth.
- Qualify, nurture, and transition leads to senior team members effectively.
- Research and target high-potential Upwork opportunities with smart outreach.
- Craft persuasive proposals tailored to each client’s needs.
- Accurately manage pipeline and activity data using a CRM system.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine strategies and maximize conversions.

Required Skills & Experience
- 2–4 years in sales, B2B development, or platform-based bidding (e.g., Upwork).
- Demonstrated hunter’s mindset with successes in digital freelance marketplaces.
- Strong written and verbal communication—especially in crafting winning proposals.
- Familiarity with US and international markets
- Comfortable using CRM tools and handling pipeline data.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and eager to hit targets in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred (Nice-to-Have):
- Experience in HealthTech, MedTech.
