We are growing rapidly and looking for a dynamic and energetic Business Development Executive to strengthen our new account acquisition efforts and expand our client base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute outreach campaigns via cold callingemailingLinkedIn prospecting and others.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities, target markets, and potential clients.
  • Use innovative out of the box ideas to target strategic accounts with focus on acquiring new customers. 
  • Engage with prospects to understand their needs and position Dash Technologies’ services effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to craft compelling messaging and outreach strategies.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate prospect data and activity information.
  • Work closely with Sr. BDM & Director of Business Development to refine strategies and improve conversion rates.

Required Skills & Experience:
  • 1+ years of experience in B2B outbound calling for US & Europe region for any industry, business development, lead generation, or sales role.
  • Outbound calling experience with prior BPO experience candidate can also apply
  • Strong communication skills—both verbal and written.
  • Experience in cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach is plus.
  • Have basic understanding of technologies and its business use cases. 

Preferred (Nice-to-Have):
  • Experience with software services or software product sales.
