We are growing rapidly and looking for a dynamic and energetic Senior Business Development Executive to strengthen our new account acquisition efforts and expand our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute outreach campaigns via cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn prospecting and others.
- Research and identify new business opportunities, target markets, and potential clients.
- Use innovative out of the box ideas to target strategic accounts with focus on acquiring new customers.
- Engage with prospects to understand their needs and position Dash Technologies’ services effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to craft compelling messaging and outreach strategies.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate prospect data and activity information.
- Work closely with Sr. BDM & Director of Business Development to refine strategies and improve conversion rates.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in business development, lead generation, or sales roles in a software services or software product company.
- Strong communication skills—both verbal and written.
- Proven experience in cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Comfort with using tools like CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation, etc.
- Ability to understand and communicate complex technical solutions to business stakeholders.
- Have basic understanding of technologies and its business use cases.
Preferred (Nice-to-Have):
- Experience or domain knowledge in HealthTech or MedTech vertical.
- Familiarity with US market
