We’re seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Executive - Talent Acquisition to lead and execute full-cycle recruitment efforts across multiple departments. In this role, you will partner closely with leadership team to identify talent needs, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure a seamless and high-quality candidate experience. You will also play a critical role in mentoring junior recruiters and shaping the future of our talent acquisition strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for junior-to-senior level roles across departments.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Review candidate details and make sure their information is correctly added to the hiring system (ATS).
  • Proactively source candidates through various Sourcing channels (Naukri, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, events, etc.).
  • Conduct in-depth screening to evaluate technical skills and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Provide guidance to junior TA team members.
  • Collaborate with HR and Employer Branding teams to enhance our talent attraction efforts.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or master's degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
  • Strong sourcing skills and experience using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS tools.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Maintain and update the candidate database to ensure accurate records and easy access to talent pools.
  • Experience in hiring both technical and non-technical roles.
Good to have Skills:
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience in managing third-party platforms and vendors for recruitment, BGV, and interview coordination, ensuring seamless collaboration between internal stakeholders and external partners.
