Senior Business Analyst
About the Role:
As a Sr. Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and convert them to user stories with acceptance criteria. This role would be client facing, you will interact with US based client, understand requirement from them with required details and break down into stories for technical implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering & Documentation:
- Engage with stakeholders (US- clients) to gather and analyze requirements.
- Document detailed business and functional requirements, ensuring they align with project objectives.
- Perform Root level requirement gathering and analysis and convert it into SOW, SRS, BRD, FRD as per the needs.
- Create User Stories with all required details like required videos, Figma file, screen shots, acceptance criteria.
- Shall have ability to story slicing.
- Keep the JIRA and story matrix up to date with respect to project priorities.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Act as a liaison between the business and technical teams, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops with key stakeholders to gather insights and provide project updates.
- Assist in testing solutions and validating that they meet business needs.
- Provide UAT support for releases.
- Documentation & Training:
- Develop documentation, training materials, and user guides for stakeholders.
- Conduct training sessions as needed to ensure a smooth transition to new processes or systems.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience: 5-7 years as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Exposure to independently work with US based client is must.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Industry-specific knowledge (e.g., finance, healthcare, manufacturing, etc.).
- Certifications like CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional)
